Proceeding with the commission process means that the client agrees and fully understood the entirety of the general terms and conditions listed here:
I. SCOPE OF WORK
The artist shall provide the following:

Initial sketch or schematics of the artwork's final composition for client's approval.

Digital image file of the final rendered artwork in PNG / JPG / PDF format.
II. FEES & TERMS OF PAYMENT
a. Client may choose to pay in partial (50% Down-payment; 50% before sending of final artwork file) or full up-front.
b. Fees listed above are EXCLUSIVE of PayPal processing fees.
*Computation for full upfront payment:
BASE FEE + TRANSACTION FEE (4.4% + $0.30 Fixed Fee) = FULL COMMISSION FEE
*Computation for 50-50 payment:
(BASE FEE / 2 ) + TRANSACTION FEE (4.4% + $0.30 Fixed Fee) = Down payment
(BASE FEE / 2 ) + TRANSACTION FEE (4.4% + $0.30 Fixed Fee) = Final payment
III. TIMELINE
a. Project schedule officially start upon settlement of fees.
b. Each project will take a minimum of 7 working days for completion. A detailed schedule will be provided by the artist in the contract for client approval.
d. In case of non-communication from the client mid-way of the project's completion, commission work will be considered forfeited and for termination. See clause (V) for details.
IV. REVISIONS
a. Client may request a maximum of two (2) revisions during the initial sketching or schematic phase and two (2) minor revisions to the final scheme before the artist submits the final artwork file.
b. There will be corresponding fees for every major revision, including but not limited to change of scheme, layout, composition, concept and style, after the initial sketch or schematics have been approved by the client. Any major changes will considered as change orders and will be billed accordingly.
V. TERMINATION
In case of contract termination, the client should submit a written notice to which the artist should agree for validity. Upon such termination, the client agrees to compensate the artist as follows:
(1) Partial Completion. If the artist has partially completed the work, the client will not compensate the artist further. The artist shall retain ownership of copyright and all distribution rights to the original artwork, including but not limited to the completed artwork, sketches and compositions.
(2) Full Completion. If the artist has finished the full artwork at the time of cancellation, the client agrees to compensate the artist in full otherwise provided by this agreement.
If the Client terminates the contract without a justifiable cause after signing, initial payments made are non-refundable.
VI. CREDITS
a. The artist must be duly credited and recognized of the creative rights and design of artwork(s) on any media releases in print, multimedia, social media, and/or website of client.
b. The artist may use the artwork in artist's portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website or social platform that displays the artist's works).
VII. OWNERSHIP
a. Ownership of the artwork is subject to contracted agreement between the client and artist. Usage of commissioned artworks with regular pricing are for personal use only. Thus, the client shall not reproduce or replicate it in any form aside from what was agreed upon. Provided that, the artist must not use or sell the same artwork to any other party.
b. Artworks for commercial use are subject to different terms and should be discussed specifically with the artist.
